OSB (Oriented Strand Board), one of the most successfully applied materials of the wood construction industry, having shown its excellent value in millions of cases. Now, we offer a completely new application for OSB.Long narrow strands are netted with environmentally safe glue and oriented in three layers. This bonding technique and the high overlapping rate of the strands has resulted in minimum variations in thickness, high resistance against bending, great elasticity and high crosswise strength.


Tthe raw material for our Pezeafloor are derived from fresh, clean natural pine woods from certified forests. The wood is guaranteed free from wood preservation substances. Moreover, Pezeafloors are exclusively finished in types of varnish which are safe for healthy living and the environment.

The result is a warmer less slippery, and more sound absorbing floor surface.

During the development phases of this floor, much time was devoted in intensive research to achieve the unique Pezeafloor surface. Characteristically, OSB sheets show slight indentations on the surface due to the cross-wise bonding of the strands. This indentation problem has been virtually eliminated by utilizing extremely strong varnishes which are resistant to ultra violet light. A newly developed layering technique is applied, with a surface finish consisting of thirteen coats of varnish.
